wants to look fishy now a days. We wish to gain attention fro everyone.
wheter our loved ones or the other. And its natural. its human nature
to get praise for everything concerned to us. When this is the matter of
looks,we become much more conscious about everything:- whether its
dieting or clothes selection.
HERE are some easy steps to get appreciable physique and reduce weight in a few months:-
- Lukewarm water with lemon will help you to make energetic for the full day. Add water to your routine as much as you can. this will not only improve your digestion but also helps to rejuvenate your skin, body and looks.
- Natural , caffeine free green tea will help you to get stunning look as this is the good source to reduce extra ponds easily. Avoid Packed Juices and try to get fresh fruit juice. the another thing to keep in mind is avoid frequent use of diet drinks and food. that also harmful if taken regularly.
3. Avoid to add additional sugar to your drinks and food. this also cause harm to you body. And gives you extra pounds if taken in excess.
4. Eat whole wheat foods, Avoid fast food and frequent eating.
5 .Eat all the vegetables you wish but avoid sweet veggies such as potatoes, peas etc
6. Eat five tiny meals each day (This includes snacks that are baked not fried)
7. Avoid eating something after 7 PM. You can add milk without cream and soups in your dinner if its late night.
